Plant metabolic-modeling apps and data integration on DOE's KBase (plants team)

The DOE Systems Biology Knowledgebase (KBase) is an open platform for predictive biology. As a core member of its plants team, I build the plant metabolic-modeling apps and integrate the plant data that let researchers reconstruct, simulate, and analyze metabolic models alongside their ‘omics data.

  • Role: co-author of the KBase platform paper (Nature Biotechnology, 2018; >1,900 citations) and senior/key personnel on the DOE KBase program.
